1. Overview

PostNGo Pro offers a straightforward refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If PostNGo Pro isn't the right fit, we're here to help.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Seven-Day Refund Window

You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal, provided you have not extensively used the service during that period. "Extensive use" is defined as generating more than 10 AI captions or creating more than 5 posts during the refund window.

2.2 First-Time Subscribers

First-time Pro subscribers receive a no-questions-asked refund within the first 7 days, regardless of usage. We want you to try PostNGo Pro risk-free.

2.3 Renewal Refunds

For subscription renewals (monthly or yearly), refunds are available within 7 days of the renewal charge if you did not intend to renew. We recommend canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Option 1: Email

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address.

Option 2: In-App

Go to Settings → Support and send us a message requesting a refund.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of approval
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
  • Your Pro access will be reverted to the Free plan upon refund approval

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase or renewal
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period (after the 7-day window)
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms)

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future charges but lets you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Refund returns your payment and immediately reverts your account to the Free plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Manage Subscription without requesting a refund.

7. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to find a resolution. We process payments through Stripe, and you may also contact your card issuer if you believe a charge was made in error.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The refund terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
