1. About GoVoice
GoVoice is PostNGo's text-to-speech feature that converts your written captions into spoken audio. GoVoice uses ElevenLabs' AI voice synthesis technology to generate natural-sounding voice audio. This policy explains how voice data is collected, processed, and stored when you use GoVoice.

2.2 Voice Cloning
If you use the voice cloning feature, the following additional data is processed:
- Audio samples you upload for voice cloning
- The name you assign to your cloned voice
- The resulting voice model created from your samples
3. How Voice Data Is Processed
3.1 Third-Party Processing
Voice generation is powered by ElevenLabs (elevenlabs.io). When you use GoVoice:

- Voice cloning samples are uploaded to ElevenLabs for model creation
- ElevenLabs processes your data in accordance with their Privacy Policy
3.2 Audio Storage
Generated audio files are stored in our secure cloud storage (Amazon S3) and associated with your account. You can delete generated audio at any time through the app. Audio files are automatically cleaned up when you delete your account.
